1. Collection of Personal Data
We collect personal information including full name, contact details, passport data, educational certificates, work history, and medical clearance solely for overseas job evaluation, DMW registration, and principal shortlisting.
2. Data Sharing & Foreign Principals
Candidate resumes and trade test evaluations are shared exclusively with DMW-accredited foreign principal employers for legitimate recruitment purposes. We never sell or share candidate data with unauthorized third parties.
3. Data Retention & Security Measures
Application records and digital resumes are encrypted and stored in secured servers. You may request deletion or updating of your candidate profile at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
